Puff pastry, wagyu mince with brown butter celeriac and walnuts,black garlic glaze, thyme sprigs, smoked bone marrow

Wagyu beef mince rolled up in flaky puff pastry, topped with bone marrow and glazed with black garlic and garnished with a thyme stem.

Heating instructions: Remove bone marrow and thyme sprigs, 200 Deg, Fan High, 10% Microwave setting : 3 - 4mins, , top up bone marrow, blast 1 min in oven. check check internal temp ~ 50deg, garnish with thyme sprig and serve

Storage: no freezing. but can keep in fridge for next day.
