Sourdough based Croissant doused in Garlic butter, Mushroom and Ricotta cream, Juicy Escargots and Parsley Chimichuri and Garlic Crumb.

Traditional croissant pastry shaped like a snail and stuffed with juicy escargots from france, and a mushroom ricotta custard. It’s then coated with a garlic crumb and doused with garlic butter, then finished with a swirl of parsley chimichurri.

Heating instructions: 200 Deg, Fan High, 10% Microwave setting : 3 - 4mins, check internal temp ~ 50deg

Storage: no freezing. but can keep in fridge for next day.
